Office Visits:

Initial consultations are scheduled for 1 ½ to 2 hours at $160.  Regular treatments are
$85 per hour.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service.  Cash or checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

The scheduled time for your appointment has been reserved specifically for you.  Except in emergency situations, if you miss or cancel a scheduled appointment, without providing at least 24 hours notice, you will charged the treatment fee of $85. I make every attempt to stay on schedule, if you are late for an appointment, you will only be seen for the remainder of our scheduled time.
